The programs

Aftercare is how you leave a retreat — or a peak — as a different person. The emphasis is learning to love yourself enough to stay with what opened. Remote for now. In-person somatic work is available to select clients.

Step zero

Recognize that you need aftercare. Bypassing sounds like: I had a peak, I am plugged in, everything I need will download. That is how the growth leaks. Humility. Teachers who can actually meet this level. Action.

Clearinghouse

Connections to teachers Chris will recommend for specific areas. There is also a list of who to avoid. That list stays private — reputational risk, not softness. You get it inside the work, not on the internet.

Ten-session asynchronousOpen

Open to anyone. Broaden how you think, meditate, and look at the world you just walked into. Buy it. No admission interview.

Welcome Package with TravelogueWeekend

A weekend, offered periodically. You establish residency in a community. Exercises go out into the actual world that weekend — and they are repeatable for the rest of your life. Travelogue: the written and lived record of that passage, so the weekend does not evaporate on Monday.

Flagship — ten weeksAdmission

Find, stabilize, and thrive as the new you. One-on-one with Chris and with Sabrina. Admission only. No bozos. If you are still protecting the old character, do not apply yet.

Reality creation with ownership. Vision. How to lock it. How to spot and clear the shadow that will sabotage before, during, or after the event.

What is not allowed in the room

  1. Lies. We have done enough of that. After this process most people stop wanting to.
  2. Putting another down to climb. Scarcity. Raise the boats together.
  3. Disempowering speech left hanging. You can say the ugly thing. Then you find its counterpart. That is a skill. We practice it.

Access is built to start around a monthly membership and step up into full systems. Numbers go on this page when they are stamped. Until then, say what you think you need on the form.
